My Foot Pain Story!

A while back I suffered from some pretty debilitating foot pain. I searched all over the internet and even consulted my doctor several times. I felt like there was a spike in my heel. The best advice my doctor could give me was to take pain killers and try to stay off of my feet. I didn’t want to become dependent on pain medications and definitely didn’t want to even think about surgery. I was only 21 years old and I would need foot surgery!? And staying of ones feet is pretty hard to do while continuing to have a life.

The internet has an abundant amount of information that supports the doctors diagnosis. I was convinced I was suffering from plantar fasciitis, inflammation of the tendon in the bottom of my foot.I bought a number of products to treat plantar fasciitis. The truth is these products may work great for that diagnosis but in my personal experience and research most people are misdiagnosed with plantar fasciitis.

I was fortunate to find a simple solution that brought almost instant relief. With regular self treatment with these techniques have given my life back.

Trigger point therapy is a simple, and effective method. This is the book I used to heal my feet and give my life back.
